CCYB
World Series - 14U Indians place 2nd
The 14U Indians traveled to Anaheim for the CCYB
World Series. After playing games all week and
entering in the number two seed, they made it
to the championship game finishing second to a
New York team.
Cooperstown
Victory - 12U Dodgers place 3rd out of 91 teams.
The 12U Dodgers had a long, successful week in
the Cooperstown tournament in New York. They finished
strong in 3rd place out of 91 teams.
State
Champions - 18U Red Team
18U Reds took first place in the Senior Babe
Ruth league at the State Level. They continued
on to Regionals with many wins, ending their season
placing third at Regionals.
District
Champions - 14U Indians
14U Indians finished the JBO Senior Federal Division
as District Champions. After losing a close game
early on in the bracket, the team battled back,
playing and winning 4 games on Saturday to take
the championship. The Indians continued on to
State finishing third.
2007 BPA
National World Series Qualifier - 12U Dodgers
The RyderShowtime 12U Dodgers
won the BPA Memorial Day tournament in
Redding, California, earning a berth into the
BPA World Series in San Diego
in August.

Picks Off 2nd At Memorial Day Tournament
May 29, 2007, BEND, OREGON.-
Ryder-Showtime Baseball’s
under eleven year old team, the Mariners, reached
the championship game finishing in second place
out of twenty-four teams from Oregon and Washington
in their division over the Memorial Day weekend
at a tournament hosted by the Bend Elks.

Team forms - This year, Billy
Hayes will manage RyderShowtime’s first
College team. This allows the program to add an
additional level of play to our program benefiting
both the High School programs as well as returning
college aged players.

Riley
Joins RyderShowtime Board of Directors - RyderShowtime
is honored to have Mr. Dan Riley, former player,
manager, director of Ryder Baseballll since its
inception in 1982. Mr. Riley joins our program
as the Director of General Managers which is a
vital position for disseminating information and
baseball knowledge down to the teams through their
designated General Managers. Welcome Dan!
2007 Fundraising
Campaign Begins - With 11 teams
on board, fundraising and sponsorship is also
a vital part of the team’s operations. Welcome,
Doug Sessions, our 2007 Fundraising Development
Chairperson, to RyderShowtime. As we have added
4 new teams and 7 returning, our goal will be
to double the sponsorship and fundraising efforts
so that we may continue to keep the costs of playing
baseball to an affordable level in 2007. For more
